Abstract

The aim of this study is to report the experience of a multiprofessional team with the use of the
Singular Therapeutic Project as an instrument of care in a hospital health service. This is an experience
report, carried out in a public hospital in the Northeast of Brazil. Discussions were held daily between the
team and the user. The Singular Therapeutic Project challenges the organization of the work process, as it
requires co-responsibility for care, continuity of treatment, interdisciplinary discussion, and the application
of the concepts of integrality and humanization. It is perceived that this project is a tool that enables the
collective construction between professionals and users, centralizes it as a protagonist, integrating the
specific knowledge of each professional nucleus and contributed to the qualification of multiprofessional
health residents.
