Objective: to report nursing care in the chemotherapy administration sector of the High Complexity Oncology Care Center of the Professor Alberto Antunes University Hospital. Methodology: Descriptive, exploratory, experience report type study. Results: In the chemotherapy sector of the Professor Alberto Antunes University Hospital, nurses provide direct care to câncer patients. In the first consultation, clarification about the treatment is carried out. Nurses routinely provide guidance on care, reception, measurement of blood pressure and axillary temperature, as well as filling out a screening form with patient information.
