The objective of this experience report is to discuss the benefit of digital technologies in promoting the mental health of fathers and mothers whose children are hospitalized in the neonatal unit of Hospital Universitário Professor Alberto Antunes. To this end, we present a qualitative, descriptive and reflective work
on the use of Whatsapp and Instagram tools. It was possible to observe that these resources promoted connections between the team, family and baby in the face of the physical distance generated by COVID-19. We also understand that the results achieved can be expanded and intensified from now on
