ADAPTATION OF RISK CLASSIFICATION IN OBSTETRICS IN THE AGHUX ELECTRONIC SYSTEM

The objective of this work is to describe the experience of the construction and application of a risk classification form in obstetrics adapted to the AGHUx electronic system. This is a qualitative, descriptive study, of the experience report type, based on the professional experience of four nurses and a nursing
technician, in the use of this electronic form. It was observed that with the adaptation of this form, it was possible to serve patients in the risk classification more efficiently, reducing the time of care.
