GOVERNANÇA CORPORATIVA E RELAÇÃO RISCO-RETORNO: Análise bibliométrica da produção científica entre 2020 e 2021 na base de dados Scopus.

Abstract

The present study had as objective to perform a bibliometric analysis of the articles published in last decade related to the topic corporate governance and its interaction with risk-return relationship. To accomplish this, we base our research in a literature review of the addressed topic and we used the bibliometrix package, through the R software to get de required data. The research string used in the Scopus were: “Corporate Governance” AND “Risk or Return”, being filtered to full articles finalized and published in the Business Management area, in the period between 2011 and 2021. The main results provide useful insights and show that the theme of corporate governance related with risk-return has grown in number of articles in the last years, and has been studied a diversity of different themes about researched keywords, among them stand out the relationship of corporate governance with firm performance, board of directors, and risk management.
