In this essay, I present seven drawing compositions that seek to highlight the experiences, routines and creative potential of people with dementia. Developed especially for this visual dossier, the works are the unfolding of the relationships I established with Regina and her son, Pedro, in the cognitive stimulation groups at the Reference Center for Elderly Health Care, at Fluminense Federal University. Together, they propose an exercise of (co)fabulation with dementia and amplification of what is possible and apprehensible to the senses. From a juxtaposition of images and fragments of personal diaries, I aim to expand the possibilities of recording and representation in the anthropological field, make worlds coexist and value an expressiveness that escapes the notions of coherence, rationality and linearity.
