Abstract

This research analyzed the knowledge produced between 2013 and 2022, relating the points of intersection between Knowledge Management, Decision Making and Lean Production. Regarding the objectives, the research is exploratory, as it examined a phenomenon that was little explored when it involved the intersection of three themes, focused on decision making. With this, a Systematic Literature Review was conducted, where the researchers adopted Content Analysis as a technique for data treatment, implementing in this process the Microsoft® Excel® software and ATLAS.TI as a technological resource. ®, allowing to process the data extracted from the documents present in the database of the National Library of Theses and Dissertations, EbscoHost and Capes Periodical, totaling fifteen documents included in the research. This procedure is relevant for research because it made it possible to conclude that the intersection zones involving Knowledge Management, Decision Making and Lean Production, cover this tripod, idealized by people, sharing information and technology. Among the scientific contributions that this article sought to contribute to scientific knowledge, it consists of highlighting the gap that surrounds the intersection of the three elements highlighted in the objective of this work. As a suggestion for future work, applied research is proposed, aiming to develop a model based on Knowledge Management in Lean Production Systems.
