The production of maps containing information on several variables is a resource widely used in several areas of knowledge. A very popular tool on almost all computers or even mobile devices is Microsoft Excel, which has as its main task the creation and control of electronic spreadsheets. From this perspective, the Extension task "Production of Geographical Maps in Excel (using meteorological variables)" was developed within the discipline METR125 - EXTENSION PROJECT 2 - PART II - ACE4. The objective of this report is to present the experience of undergraduates in the development of actions that aim to introduce the management of geographic maps in Excel for educators. In addition to having been offered videos on YouTube to instruct the formation of these commands to the respective users. The development of these activities contributes to the academic community and also to the knowledge and enrichment of these commands in the school environment.
