Diversity in education: first approximations about gender, body and sexuality

Abstract

They say the world is full of diversity. Looking sideways, it is possible to see that he is not one, and that diversity is part of our daily lives. When feeling flood, we exhaust; when we try to move, we get cold; what insults us becomes atonement; even if we come to situate, soon afterwards, we disjoint; when we are perplexed, we are and want to be unhindered; we deny it, but ahead we nod. I invited Michel Foucault, bell hooks, Marlucy Paraíso and other researchers to discuss sexual and gender diversity in the field of education. As part of post-critical research, this work makes theoretical-methodological approaches to sexuality, gender and the body. Not conclusive, we say of the importance of continuing debating the aforementioned themes.
