O PAPEL DA IL-10 E SEU -819 C>T (rs1800871) NO DESENVOLVIMENTO DAS DOENÇAS PSIQUIÁTRICAS
UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA DA LITERATURA

A Interleucina 10 (IL-10) é uma citocina pleiotrópica que tem como principal função o controle das respostas imunes. O polimorfismo -819 C>T (rs1800871) no gene IL-10, tem sido associado ao desenvolvimento de comorbidades psiquiátricas. O objetivo deste trabalho foi realizar uma revisão sobre o papel da IL-10 e seu SNP rs1800871 no desenvolvimento de doenças psiquiátricas. Após aplicar os critérios de inclusão e exclusão, foi realizada a leitura completa, totalizando em 36 artigos incluídos. Dessa forma, foi possível observar o predomínio de níveis mais altos de IL-10 associados a diversas doenças psiquiátricas. Quanto ao polimorfismo no gene IL-10, um estudo brasileiro mostrou associação de maior risco de suicídio com pior qualidade de vida ambientalmente e socialmente, levando ao maior risco de suicídio. Além disso, outros estudos mostraram a associação do genótipo C/C e alelo A com a esquizofrenia e do alelo C com a agressividade, assim como o genótipo C/T com efeito protetor para a esquizofrenia. Entretanto, observa-se que há poucos estudos realizados e poucas informações a respeito, sendo necessária a realização de mais pesquisas nessa área.
