User satisfaction of the Sipac Protocol of the Federal University of Pernambuco

Abstract

Identifies the profile and satisfaction of graduates of four classes of the Archival Management of Processes and Documents course through the Integrated System of Assets, Administration and Contracts (Sipac) and Digital Settlements promoted by the Pro-Rectory of People Management (PROGEPE). The disciplines were offered between 2020 and 2021, using the system adopted by the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE). This research has characteristics of a traditional user study, as we carried out a quantitative survey of data regarding graduates such as gender, age, marital status, education, identifying the level of satisfaction, following an approach aimed at understanding the use of the system, seeking to provide a suitable product for him. However, it ends up bumping into a qualitative perspective during data analysis, when the results recognize usability issues pointed out by users. For data collection, a mixed questionnaire was used as an instrument, consisting of open and closed questions, in addition to using the Likert Scale to measure the degree of satisfaction of users with the respective data presented in tables, graphs and lists. Finally, the study presents a scenario that should be considered in institutional and information management policies, considering developing skills in its users, gathering and mediating the necessary information to increasingly offer a quality and efficient public service.
