This article is part of my doctoral thesis, in this clipping, I took the Nacional High School Exam as an example of a large-scale test that was served the purposes of the capitalist system due to its selective and illusory character. Therefore, we show a brief trajectory that contextualizes the Exam, we cut the Competence V that evaluates the candidates`text productions and we analyzed how the illusion of transparency of the evaluation criteria and the process itself create an "ideal" student. Therefore, our objective was to show, in the light of Pechet´s Discourse Analysis that this "ideal student "is that regulated by the language, submitted to the evaluative criteria of a test, whose results decide whether or not he can participate in the academic and individualized world by the State, having "INEP" as the regulatory institution, in other words, we talk about how the capitalist system, also acts in the educational system.
