10 anos do Clube do Livro: contribuições na formação de sujeitos leitores

Abstract

Literary reading is of great importance in the training of students, however its enjoyment at school encounters several obstacles. Despite the obstacles, research shows methodological paths and initiatives that made literary reading satisfactory at school. This work presents the main problems that hinder the formation of readers in schools and the results of the ex-post-facto qualitative research carried out with former students of Escola Municipal “trecho removido para preservar a avaliação às cegas” on the 10 years of contributions of the Clube do Livro project in the formation of readers. It also reveals the main problems that lead to discontinuity in the training of readers who leave the institution when they finish elementary school, thus suggesting solutions that would continue the work of training readers that the school has been carrying out since 2011. The theoretical basis is based, among others, on PETIT (2009), SANTOS; NETO; RÖSING (2009) e LERNER (2002).
