The Portuguese language has undergone several formal transformations, evolving in its forms to be what we know and speak nowadays. Among these transformations, we highlight the emergence of the gender-neutral language, which is a movement in favor of the acceptance of a third type of gender, the neutral, that could represent and including the so-called non-binary. Taking part of the discussion about the use of neutral language, the objective of the present research is to analyze gender neutralization in Brazilian Portuguese from the perspective of the linguistic system and its application in virtuality in an integrative way to diversities. To this end, the methodology used in this work consists of applied research, of an exploratory nature, through an updated bibliographic research on the subject, as well as legal devices that regulate the matter and the analyze of the the Non-Binary and Neutral Oral Language Guide by Lobo and Gagaian (2015) and also posts from the Facebook page RExistência Não Binária, to verify and better understand some structures that are used in this type of utterance. As results, we verified a significant acceptance of gender-neutral language in virtual environment, even there are some ponderations about its use.
