On 6 January, the assault on the U.S. Capitol in the city of Washington left many perplexed, not only on the political level but also and above all on the socio-cultural level. The spectacularisation of this event materialised in the re-dressed body of one of the assailants, who took possession of the initiative as the undisputed leader of this vindicatory action. This article aims to reflect and discover how fashion in its strong connection with the media can influence society and the way people dress. In what way, this strong relationship imprints itself on bodies and cities until everything becomes dangerously mixed, acclaimed and also ridiculed.
