Gestão de recursos humanos sustentável – uma revisão sistemática da literatura

Esse estudo analisou a produção científica relacionada a temática da Gestão de Recursos Humanos Sustentável, nas bases de dados do Portal de Periódicos Capes e no Web of Science. O objetivo foi de estabelecer os temas de pesquisas, métodos, enfoques e contextos, com o intuito de desenvolver uma melhor compreensão do estado da arte e das lacunas de pesquisa. Como apoio metodológico, foi utilizado o processo de revisão sistemática da literatura, proposto por Tranfield, Denyer e Smart (2003). As pesquisas foram feitas através de combinações de termos utilizados em português e em inglês. Sendo analisadas as publicações que foram revisadas por pares e seus textos completos estivessem disponíveis para leitura. Desse modo a pesquisa é classificada como descritiva e qualitativa. A busca resultou em uma amostra de 81 artigos, dos quais apenas 54 cumpriram com os pré-requisitos delimitados na metodologia e seguiram para a análise. Como resultados dessa pesquisa, identificou-se o interesse pela temática a partir do ano de 2012, sendo os anos de 2019 e 2020 os de maior concentração das produções. Com relação aos países que mais publicaram, a China e a Eslováquia dominam as produções sobre o tema. Observando a metodologia empregada nas pesquisas, se tem uma preferência pelas pesquisas quantitativas e o questionário é a técnica de coleta de dados mais utilizada. Constatou-se as revistas científicas e a de maior concentração desses achados foi a Sustainability, disponibilizando 34 artigos. Levantando as temáticas abordadas nas pesquisas, foi possível observar a preferência das publicações utilizando os termos: Gestão de recursos humanos sustentável, sustentabilidade, satisfação, organização e envolvimento. Conclui-se que essa investigação traz avanços para área da Gestão de Recursos Humanos como também ao segmento turístico, pois a pesquisa aponta benefícios tanto para a comunidade acadêmica quanto para as organizações que desejem implementar esse modelo de gestão. Por fim, espera-se que a partir das lacunas apresentadas nessa pesquisa, seja possível a realização de pesquisas futuras para o preenchimento das mesmas.
