Physical Education in comprehensive training and transdisciplinary of the human being

Abstract

The objective of this article is to dialogue with Physical Education that integrates body, mind and soul, in a transdisciplinary methodology of educating that does not fragment the human body. We base this conversation on the theory of complexity and on authors who fight for critical thinking in educational processes and in physical education classes, the main ones being: Alves, M.D. (2015); Darido and Oliveira (2008); Medina (1987).; Morin (2000); Sadi (2010); Suanno, J.H.S (2014,2015); Suanno, M.V. (2013). In the field research we followed the paths of phenomenology with the intention of interviewing four professors; through letters, they wrote freely about their profession and teaching methods, with guiding questions for them to reflect on their role as a teacher in educating the body and mind. We conclude that the integration of physical education with the subjectivity of practicing some physical exercise and, in the midst of so many social impositions, is also a transdisciplinary strategy that accesses the BEING of each person, as a moment of educational practice and of knowing and loving each other.
