Abstract

Gamification is a powerful tool that can help students learn mathematics more effectively in a creative and dynamic environment. This study presents design and reflection elements of four escape rooms as a gamification experience in the initial training of mathematics teachers. The results showed that future teachers articulate their mathematical and technological knowledge, mobilizing didactic skills in the use of technology for the creation of escape rooms.
